Please read all of the following terms and conditions of this auction. Following your review of these terms, do not bid if you do not agree or accept. By bidding in this auction, you are accepting the terms of this auction and will be held to the terms as they are presented. Please read the terms carefully as they are a legally binding contract between you and Bellamy & Co. LLC. All disputes will be settled in Alfalfa County Oklahoma. Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site.

Cash, Check, and Credit Card accepted with Proper ID. All items sold as-is, where is, with no guarantees warranties expressed or implied. Information is gathered from sources deemed reliable though is subject to inaccuracies or misrepresentations. Buyers are to satisfy themselves as to condition prior to bidding. Not responsible for accidents. Nothing is to be removed prior to being paid for in full. Items are to be removed immediately following the close of the auction. Any items left are at the risk and responsibility of the buyer.

If purchases are not settled within 5 business days of the close of the auction, it is in default. Upon default, the bidder will be black-listed on Bellamy & Co. LLC auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and will be charged 25% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater, and the merchandise will be forfeited back to Bellamy & Co. LLC.

Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become the property of Bellamy & Co. LLC. No refunds will be given. Any items remaining on the sale site after pickup are subject to forfeit with no refund.

Items being auctioned may be subject to the Sellers' confirmation during the auction. Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason, add minimum or reserves, or place a bid for an approved bidder.

AUTO EXTEND AUCTION: When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. This auction has what is called an auto-extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10-minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes.

Buyer's Premium: This online auction charges a buyer's premium to establish the final price. Buyer's Premium for this auction is 7% of the bid price.

The final purchase price will include sales tax, (if applicable) buyer's fee, and purchase price. Transfer of any titled vehicle or equipment is subject to a title processing fee. If payment is not received within 5 days accounts due will be charged to your credit card with a 3.5% fee. Buyers Premium Applies to all lots sold in this auction.
